Strategy to Trading SPAIN35 Index
SPAIN35 monitors capitalization of the top 35 companies in Spain. This stock index generally moves upward over the longterm but it's more volatile in its trend movements. When compared to other indices like EUROSTOXX & DAX30 indices which have lower volatility in their trend movements, this index has wider and more volatile swings in its trend movements.
Over a long period of time this index will in general move up, as a trader you want to be biased and keep on buying as the index moves upward.
A good trading strategy to use when trading this index would be to keep buying and buy the market dips - though as a trader wanting to trade this stock index, be prepared for much wider swings when it comes to this index.
During Economic Slow-Down & Recession
During economic slow down recession periods, firms begin reporting slower revenues, lower profits & lowers business growth forecast. It is because of this reason that traders start to sell stocks/shares of corporations that are posting & reporting lower profits & hence stock index tracking these particular stocks will also start to move downwards.
Hence, during these times, market trends are more likely to be moving downward and as a trader you should also adjust your trading strategy accordingly to fit the current downwards trends of the stock market index which you're trading.
