How to Place Technical Indicators in Meta Trader 4 Stock Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as illustrated & shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then select 'Navigator' panel (click), or From Standard Toolbar click on 'Navigator' button or press short cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, select 'Indicators', (Double-Click)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) and will now show as a list as displayed below.

From the Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on stocks chart.

Placing Alligator Technical Indicator

Step 1: Select the Alligator button on MetaTrader 4 list of as illustrated on the stock example explained below:

Step 2: Double-click the Alligator Button, and click okay to place the indicator on the chart as displayed below:

Edit Alligator Stock Indicator Settings

To Adjust Setting, right click on Indicator, select properties setting & then edit property setting using pop up menu which pops up and click ok button once you change setting.

The following panel pop up pops up and Alligator settings can be edited from this window popup.
