This is referred to as the range projection and it is calculated using the open and the close indices prices of the most recent stock indices price period.

This stock indices indicator will show two points, the projected high and the projected low of a specific stock indices price period. This will be used as the reference point.

Bullish Up indices trend Signal

If the next stock indices price bar opens above the projected high then the stock indices trading market will continue in an upwards Indices trend.

Bearish down indices trend Signal

If the next stock indices price bar opens below the projected low then the stock indices trading market will continue in a downwards Indices trend.

Ranging Indices Trading Market

If the next stock indices price bar opens within the projected range, then this is a signal that the stock indices trading market will remain in a range base.
