This MetaTrader 5 stock indices indicator is drawn over the stock indexes price chart.

This MetaTrader 5 stock indices indicator is basically a simple moving average of the previous three periods highs or lows drawn based in relation to HiLo Activator.

Indices Technical Analysis and Generating Indices Trading Signals

Bullish Signal- When stock indexes price is above the Gann Activator it shows that the Indices trend is bullish and only Buy trades should be executed. In a bullish indices trend this activator uses the previous periods’ stock indexes price lows for calculations.

Bearish Signal- When stock indexes price is below the Gann Activator it shows that the Indices trend is bearish and only Sell trades should be executed. In a bearish indices trend this activator uses the previous periods’ stock indexes price highs for calculations.

Buy and Sell Indices Trading Signal

The Gann HiLo Activator should be used in combination with the Gann Swing and Gann Indices Trend indicator to form a stock indexes trading system methodology that is commonly referred to as the "New Gann Swing Chartist Plan". Within this indices trading method the Gann Activator can be used as an entry signal or exit signal.
