To setup these buy limit orders in MetaTrader 5 platform use the following guide:
- RightClick on chart
- Select 'Trading' Option on the Menu
- Then Choose 'New' Order Option on the Popup widow that appears
- Then on the trade setup pop up window that appears (portrayed below), under label 'Type' choose option of "Pending Indices Order" instead of 'market execution' trade order
