How to Trade Stock Indices on MT4 Software
After you have gotten the MetaTrader 4 stock indices account details you'll then install the MetaTrader 4 platform on your PC computer. If you've never installed any software before go to folder where you downloaded the MetaTrader 4 platform (don't know where that is, just Press both Ctrl & J i.e. CTRL+J or (CTRL+Y) Keys on your keyboard, and your MetaTrader 4 download will appear), double-click the download trading software file & then click next, next until you finish installing.
After you have installed the MT4 software you will then open the platform software from the start menu of your computer. After you have opened the MT4 platform you will see the interface you will be working with which may seem complicated at first but it is not. At 'left top corner' of the MT4 software click on "File" Menu, a dropdown menu appears, scroll to where you see "Login" and click it. You will then be prompted to enter the "username" and "password" which you got when you registered and signed up on your broker's web site.' You are now logged into your MT4 platform & you are ready to begin stock indices trading.
After this you will see your indices account balance displayed just below stock indices charts and you can now start using the MT4 to place demo trades on the stock indices trading market.
