MT4 Market Watch Panel for MT4 Symbols in MT4
The market-watch window on MetaTrader 4 is used to show an array of quotes for indices. To access this display on the MT4 a stock index trader should navigate to the view menu as is displayed and illustrated below & choose the Market-Watch Window by Clicking it. (The 'Ctrl+M' is short cut for accessing this panel such as illustrated & shown below, by pressing this shortcut, you as a trader can open market-watch window panel without navigating to 'view' menu)

Once a trader chooses/selects the market-watch window, the following pop up window will appear displaying a list of symbols available for trading.
As a trader you might also want to trade an instrument which is not listed on this list. For example on above list only 5 trading instruments are displayed. To get the other quotes which are not listed, you as a trader can right-click inside this marketwatch window as is illustrated & shown below and following pop up window will appear.
To display a listing of other symbols, choose and select the 'Show All' button, this will then list all the available pairs.
To Save Internet Bandwidth, (Especially if you're using mobile trader, or pay per MB internet
To save bandwidth select a list of all trading instruments you'll be trading, for example, ten pairs, after choosing these, then choose and select and click 'Hide All' button, this will hide all pairs which you do not require to trade and will save you a good amount of internet bandwidth.
Even if you don't want to save band width, you as a trader can select option to 'Hide All', this will save PC computer processor resources and RAM, especially for brokers who provide hundreds of MT4 symbols and financial instruments, there's no need for you to have all these 100 or 200 financial instruments streaming on your platform after all you need only about 10 streaming quotes or a couple of financial instruments to trade. You can always 'Show All'>>> Select a new pair by opening a stock chart, >>> Then hide all, your newly chosen ones will be added on the minimized list.

Symbols Options - Quotes option can be used to also add or hide MetaTrader 4 symbol. You can download MT4 & click symbols to see how you as a trader can add or remove instruments using this option.
Sets - A set of grouped instruments
High/Low - Displays high and low of the day next to the quote
Time - Displays the ruling time of day just next to the quote
Auto Arrange - Automatically arrange in accordance to the chosen and selected order
Grid - Add or Remove Grid on the Price Quotes Charts
Popup Prices - Show trading prices as a Pop Up Window within the MT4 Stock Index Trade Software.
