MT5 Market Watch Window for MT5 Symbols on MT5
The market watch window panel on MetaTrader 5 is used to display an array of Indices Trading quotes for indices. To access this display on the MT5 a trader should go to view menu as illustrated & shown below & choose the Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is short cut for accessing this window as illustrated and shown below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch window without going to the "view" menu)

Once a trader selects the stock indices trading market watch window, the following popup window will appear displaying a list of Indices Trading symbols available for trading.
As a trader you may also want to trade an instrument that is not listed on this list. For example on above list only 5 trading instruments are displayed. To get the other symbols which are not listed, you can right click inside this market watch window as illustrated and shown below and following pop up window will appear.
To explain list of other symbols, choose "Show All" button key, this will then show all available pairs.
To Save Internet Bandwidth, (Especially if you're using mobile trader, or pay per MB internet)
To save bandwidth select list of all trading instruments you will be trading, for example, ten pairs, after selecting these, then choose & click "Hide All" button key, this will hide all pairs which you do not require to trade and will save you a good amount of internet bandwidth.
Even if you do not want to save band width, you can select the option to "Hide All", this will save computer processor resources and RAM, especially for brokers who provide hundreds of MT5 symbols and financial instruments, there is no need to have all these 100 or 200 financial instruments streaming on your trading platform after all you need only about 10 streaming quotes or a few financial instruments to trade. You can always "Show All">>> Choose a new pair by opening a stock indices chart, >>> Then hide all, your new selected ones will be added on this minimized list.

Sets - A set of grouped trading instruments
High/Low - Displays high & low of the day next to the quote
Time - Displays the current time of day next to the quote
Auto Arrange - Automatically arrange according to the selected order
Grid - Add or Remove Grid on the Indices Price Quotes
Popup Indices Prices - Show indices prices as a Pop Up Window within the MT5 Indices Trading Platform.
