Placing Arrows on Stock Indices Charts in MT5

The arrows button on the MT5 under the insert menu options is used to draw arrows on the indices charts within the MT5 Indices Trading Platform. The arrow MetaTrader 5 buttons is shown below.

The Following arrows can be drawn on the MetaTrader under this arrow MetaTrader 5 buttons option:

1. Thumbs Up
2. Thumbs Down
3. Arrow Up
4. Arrow Down
5. Stop Sign
6. Check Sign
7. Left Indices Price Label
8. Right Indices Price Label

Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down Arrows

Thumbs up and thumbs down button can be used on stock indices price chart to mark levels where traders can open stock indices trades and show levels where traders can close trade. The thumbs up and thumbs down arrows are shown below. As a trader to adjust the width, right click on these arrows, select properties and select a different line width.

Arrow Up and Arrow Down Arrows

The arrow up and arrow down arrows are used to show the levels where a indices trader opens a buy indices trade or levels where a indices trader opens a sell indices trade, these arrow MetaTrader 5 buttons are shown below.

Stop Sign and Check Sign

The stop sign and check sign can also be used to mark points where a indices trader opens and closes a trade, for example the image below shows where a indices trader opened a buy indices trade and closed the trade.

Left Indices Price Label and Right Indices Price Label

The Indices Price labels are used to show indices prices on the particular level that these labels are set, the right stock indices price label will appear to the right side of the stock indices price while the left side will appear to the left side of the stock indices price as shown on the stock indices trading example explained and illustrated below.
