Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator window panel as illustrated & shown below: Go to "View" menu (click on it) and then select and choose "Navigator" panel window (press), or From Standard Tool Bar click on the "Navigator" button or press short-cut key board keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator window, choose 'Indicators', (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu in the Navigator

Expand this menu by pressing the open tool point (+) or doubleclick the "indicators" menu, and after that this particular given button then will now be shown as (-) and will now be revealed as a listing just as illustrated below.
