Place Volumes Indicator in Stock Chart on MT4 Platform Software
This Lesson will describe how to place the Volumes Indicator on a Trading Chart in the MT4 Trade Platform.
How to Set Technical Indicators on MT4 Indices Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open Navigator panel window just as shown & portrayed below: Navigate to "View" menu (click on it) and then select and choose "Navigator" panel window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click on the "Navigator" button or press short-cut key board keys "Ctrl+N"
On the Navigator panel, select "Indicators", select Indicators (Double-Click)
Step 2: Expand Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Expand this menu by clicking the magnify tool/button feature "+" or doubleclick the "indicators" menu, & afterwards this button will then now be shown as (-) and will now be revealed as a list like as illustrated below.
From Above panel you as a stock indices trader can then add any indicator which you as a trader want on Indices chart.
Setting Volumes Indicator on Chart
Step 1: Choose the Volumes button key on MT4 list of indicators just as shown below:
Step 2: DoubleClick the Volumes Button, and press ok to set the indicator to the chart like is shown below:
Edit Technical Indicator Settings
To Change Settings, right click in Volumes Technical Indicator, choose properties setting & then edit properties settings using popup menu which pops & click ok button once you change setting.
The following window pop-up appears and technical indicator properties settings can be edited using this panel popup.
