How to Add Chart
To trade indices on the MetaTrader you will need to first open the Chart. The Charts Symbols are Grouped in Quotes in MT4 Market Watch Window, These symbols are the online stock price quotes of the instruments that they represent.
Using this Trading Symbols an online trader can then use these quotes to open Charts - Charts on MetaTrader 4.
Once one opens the charts on their MetaTrader 4 platform they can then open a trade from this stock charts. Traders can open a buy or sell indices trade.
To Add the Quotes in MetaTrader 4 Platform:
- Open Meta Trader 4 Platform
- Click "View" Menu Next to the "File" Menu at top left corner of the MetaTrader 4 platform
- Click & open "Market Watch" Window
- Once you Open Market Watch Window on MT4 - then right-click inside the Market Watch Window Panel
- On the SubMenu that Pops Up, Select "Show All"
- All Quotes on MetaTrader 4 Platform will then be displayed on MetaTrader 4 Market Watch Window.
- Select the MetaTrader 4 Chart Marked and Grouped on the MetaTrader 4 Market Watch Window and Click on the MetaTrader 4 Symbol to open the Chart in MetaTrader 4 Platform.
Once you open the MetaTrader 4 Chart you can analyze the stock price movement of the prices & even open trades from this charts on your MT4 platform.

To show a list of other Meta Trader 4 Charts quotes including stock price quotes on the MetaTrader 4 software, select the "Show All" button, this will then show all the available MT4 chart symbols & symbols on MT4 including those of online stock charts and you can then choose & open the MT4 Chart from the Trading symbols.
