How to Identify Trend in Indices

When it comes to identifying trends in stock indices trading -indices traders need to learn the correct way of identifying stock indices trend on stock indices trading charts.

A indices trend is a general direction of stock indices price in the indices market and this general direction can either be upwards or downwards. When the indices trend is upwards it means that indices prices are closing higher than where they opened & therefore the general indices trend direction of indices prices is upwards. This is because once prices start to move in a indices trend direction - the indices prices will keep moving in that direction for some time and this is why indices traders identify the indices trend first & use this indices trend to open stock indices trades in the direction for the stock indices trend.
