What are Micro Accounts?

Micro Accounts are trading accounts type where traders open stock trades using micro lots. 1 Indices Micro lot is the equivalent of 1,000 units of the base lot of indices.

The Micro accounts allows many retail traders to access the market because with these micro accounts traders can trade smaller lots known as micro lots therefore the capital needed to open these micro accounts isn't a lot as that required for opening standard accounts.

Micro lots are equivalent to one hundredth of standard lot.
