Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open MetaTrader 4 Navigator panel as illustrated & shown below: Navigate to "View" menu (click it) and then select "Navigator" window (press), or From Standard Tool-Bar click on the "Navigator" button or press shortcut key-board keys "Ctrl+N"

On the Navigator window, choose "Indicators", (Double Press)

Step 2: Expand the MT4 Indicators Menu on the Navigator
