Indices Take profit orders automatically close stock indices trades at a profit once the set takeprofit level is reached on stock indices chart.
Set Take Profit Indices Order When Opening New Indices Order on Tools Menu on MetaTrader 5 iPhone App
To open a new stock index order to buy or sell a trade use the tools pop up menu within the MetaTrader 5 iPhone Mobile App as shown below.

Once you select the new indices order button as illustrated above following indices order window popup will appear and you as the trader can use this trading order window popup to set the Take Profit Indices Order Level for your new indices trade.
This pop up includes the settings for placing a new indices order as well as settings for setting Take Profit Indices Order Level.

Following Take Profit Indices Order Setting are specified for placing a new take profit indices order in MT5:
Take Profit Stock Indices Order - Set Take Profit Indices Order, This option can be set after opening the indices trade, or for pending indices orders
Open the Buy or Sell Indices Trade by Clicking the Following Buttons:
- Sell by Market - Open a Sell Indices Trade
- Buy by Market - Open a Buy Indices Trade
To Buy at current stock indices price & open a new stock indices order select Buy by Market indices order button
To Sell at current stock indices price & open a new stock indices order select Sell by Market indices order button
After opening the new stock indices trades use the MT5 Take Profit Indices Order Window Panel Above to Set The Take Profit Stock Indices Order for the New Stock Indices Order.
You can also get this MT5 indices trade window so that to modify an already open buy or sell indices trade - To get this MT5 indices trade order window for a buy indices trade or sell indices trade, right click on the opened buy indices trade or sell indices trade, then after that you click the 'Modify Order' button key after you click on modify order button the above stock indices order settings button key will popup and appear and you can set Take Profit Indices Order using the procedure explained above.
