MetaTrader 4 Indices Chart Tick Chart

Tick Chart - open the tick chart of the trading instrument symbol selected. Unlike normal stock indices charts, the tick chart is located directly in the "Market Watch" window on the MT4 platform.

To Open the MT4 Market Watch Window, Click "View" Menu next to "File" Menu at the top left corner of the MT4 indices trading Platform, then from the drop down menu select "Market Watch" button so as to open the "Market Watch" on the MetaTrader 4 indices trading Platform.

Once you open the Market Watch window the list of available trading instruments will be displayed on the MetaTrader 4 platform and as trader you can open a stock indices chart from this market watch window.

The market watch window in MT4 is used to display an array of stock indices price quotes for indices.

To access this Market Watch display of trading instruments on the MT4 Platform a indices trader should go to the view menu as shown below and select the Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is the short cut for accessing this window as shown below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch window without going to the "view" menu)

Once a indices trader selects the stock indices trading market watch window, the following window will appear showing a list of trading instruments available for trading.

If you want to add more charts stock indices quotes on this Market Watch window, Right Click within the Market Watch window and a Pop Window appears - from this popup window select the option - "Show All" - this will then display all the trading instruments that are available for trading on the MetaTrader 4 platform.

Once these stock indices quotes are opened on the Market Watch window, you can then select any of the indices trading quote and open a stock indices chart by double clicking on that indices trading quote.

To get the other instrument symbols that are not listed, you can right click inside this market watch window as shown below and the following window will appear.
