This is a volatility based indicator that is used to estimate levels to set trailing stop loss order areas. Distance at which it estimates the trailing stop loss order level is decided based on market volatility.
The Trailing Stop Loss Order Calculation Indicator Levels are 2 lines, these two lines represent:
- Long Trailing Stop Loss Order Calculation Indicator Level - Blue Line
- Short Trailing Stop Loss Order Calculation Indicator Level - Red Line
Long trailing stop loss order line has much wider range in terms of where it trails the stop loss compared to the short trailing stop loss order line which implements a tight stop loss.
This Stock Trailing SL Order Example is volatility based when it comes to trailing and following the price action. Trailing Stop Loss Order Levels Indicator will trail the above the price in a downward market trend & trail below trading price in an upward stock trend.

Upward Stock Trend
In an upward trend these trailing stoploss order lines will follow the upwards trend below the price. The trader can use either the short trailing stop loss order level line to set up a tight stop loss order or the long trailing stop loss order level to set a stop loss order that is not very tight. As the price goes higher trailing stop-loss order line also goes higher. An exit signal is generated when price crosses below these trailing stop loss order lines.

Downward Trend
In a downward trend the trailing stop loss order lines will trail above price & these two trailing stop loss order zones can be used to set trailing stop loss orders. As the price drops further these trailing stop loss order lines will continue to drop lower & follow the price lower. An exit signal is generated when price crosses above the these trailing stop loss order lines.
