This is a volatility based indicator which is used to gauge/estimate levels to set trailing stop loss order areas. Distance at which it estimates trailing stop loss level is determined by market price volatility.

Trailing Stop Loss Order Calculation Indicator Levels are 2 lines, these 2 lines represent:
- Long Trailing Stop Loss Calculation Indicator Level - Blue Line
- Short Trailing StopLoss Calculation Indicator Level - Red Line
Long trailing stop loss order line has a much wider range in terms of where it trails the stop loss order compared to the short trailing stop loss line that utilizes tight stoploss order.
This Stock Trailing SL Order Example is volatility based when it comes to trailing and following the price action. Trailing StopLoss Order Levels Indicator will trail the above the price in a downward market trend and trail below trading price in an upward stock trend.

Upwards Stock Trend
In an upward trend these trailing stop loss lines will follow the upwards trend below the market price. The trader can use either the short trailing stop loss level line to set up a tight stop loss order or the long trailing stop loss level to set a stop loss order that isn't very tight. As the price goes higher trailing stop loss line also moves higher. An exit signal is derived and generated when the price crosses below these trailing stoploss order lines.

Downwards Trend
In a downward trend the trailing stop loss order lines will trail above price & these 2 trailing stop loss order zones can be used to set trailing stop losses. As the price drops further these trailing stop loss order lines will continue to drop lower and follow price lower. An exit signal is derived and generated when price crosses above these trailing stop loss order lines.
