How to Place Technical Indicators in Meta Trader 4 Stock Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as illustrated & shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then select 'Navigator' panel (click), or From Standard Toolbar click on 'Navigator' button or press short cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, select 'Indicators', (Double-Click)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a list as displayed below.

From the Above panel you can then add any indicator you want on chart.

Placing MA Envelopes on Chart

Step 1: Select the MA Envelopes button on MetaTrader 4 list of indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Double Click MA Envelopes Button, & click okay to place indicator on the chart as displayed below:

Edit Indicator Settings

To Adjust Setting, right click on Envelopes Indicator, select properties setting and then edit property setting using pop up menu which appears and click ok button once you change setting.

The following window pop up pops up and Indicator settings can be edited from this panel popup.
