How to put the Money Flow Index on your trading chart in MetaTrader 4.

How to Set Technical Indicators in MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel

Open Navigator panel window as illustrated below: Go to "View" menu (click on it) & then select and choose "Navigator" window panel (press), or From Standard Tool Bar click on the "Navigator" button or press short-cut key board keys "Ctrl+N"

On Navigator panel, choose 'Technical Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Click the expand + tool/button imprint ed and labeled + to enlarge this menu, or double-click the indicators menu, and this particular specified button key will then now be displayed as ( - ) and will be displayed as a list, just as shown below.

Use the upper window panel on the trading interface to add preferred technical indicators directly onto your chart setup.

Placing and Adding Money Flow Indicator in Chart

Step 1: Find and pick the Money Flow Index button from the MetaTrader 4 list of tools, like it's shown down below.

Step 2: Double-click the MFI Button, & click okay to put the indicator on the chart just like you see here:

Edit Indicator Setting

To modify the settings, simply right-click on the indicator, choose the properties option, and then adjust the technical indicator settings from the menu that appears before clicking the okay button once you have made your adjustments.

The following panel pop-up appears, allowing for the editing of Indicator properties through this panel window.
