How to Set Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Stock Charts
Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window Panel
Open the Navigator panel as shown below. Go to the View menu, then click Navigator. You can also use the Standard Toolbar button or press Ctrl+N.
In the Navigator panel, choose 'Technical Indicators', (Double Press)
Step 2: Expand Stock Indicators Menu on the Navigator
Open the technical indicator menu by clicking the tool/button with a plus sign (+) or double-clicking the "indicators" menu: after that, the button will show a minus sign (-) and a list like the one shown below.
From Above panel you can then add any indicator you as the trader want on chart.
Placing and Adding Fractals on Stock Chart
Step 1: Access the MT4 indicator repository and select the designated button, precisely as illustrated beneath:
Step 2: Double-click the Fractals Button Key, and select okay to apply the technical indicator to the chart as shown below:
Edit Fractals Indicator Settings
To Change the Settings, right-click on Fractals, pick property setting, then change how Fractals works using the menu that pops up, and click ok after you change a setting.
A popup window appears, allowing for the customization of indicator properties through this interface.
