Set Relative Strength Index, RSI Indicator in Chart in MetaTrader 4

How to Set Technical Indicators in MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window Panel

To open the Navigator panel, just like in the example below, go to the "View" menu and click it. Then choose the "Navigator" window. Or, use the toolbar's "Navigator" button or press "Ctrl+N" as a shortcut.

In the Navigator area, find 'Technical Indicators', and then (Click Twice Quickly)

Step 2: Expand Technical Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Make the menu bigger by clicking the expand thing marked and named ' + ' or click twice on the "indicators" menu, after that, the tool will then be visible as (-) & will then appear as a list just as shown below.

From Above panel window then you can upload any indicator which you as a trader want onto the chart.

Setting RSI on Chart

Step 1: Choose/Select the RSI button key on MT4 list of indicators like is illustrated and shown below:

Step 2: Double-click the RSI button. Then click okay to place it on the stock chart like this.

To modify settings, right-click in RSI, select the property setting, and then edit the properties of the technical indicator through the pop-up menu that appears. Finally, click OK button.

The ensuing window will open, allowing for the adjustment and revision of the property settings associated with the stock technical indicator through this pop-up control panel.
